This Regal 3860 is ready to go cruise immediately! She has spent most of her life in the fresh water of Lake Tahoe. Everything has been gone through. The engines have been recently serviced. Exhaust manifolds and risers have been replaced. Over $10,000 was spent on this service. Sure Seal Shaft Seals have been replaced as well as the Cutlass Bearings $2,000. The forward air/heating unit has been replaced $3,000. She is powered by twin 8.1’s which make her go fast and sound great doing it!  Style was very important when they designed this yacht but seaworthiness was as equally important.  The 3860 cuts thru the waves for a smooth ride in rough weather. This yacht looks great!!

Regal's 3860 has standard features that are not traditionally found on vessel of this size. Great style and beauty are equaled by function and performance, this yacht approaches ideal balance. When everything for luxurious onboard living has been graciously provided for in a two-stateroom, two-head interior, and the list of standard features and equipment is unmatched in completeness and quality.

The helm station is large and comfortable. It includes a double-wide adjustable seat and a hydraulic five position steering wheel. The Raymarine depthfinder, GPS and VHF are standard. Cockpit Forward Seating is a unique layout where the helm station is in close proximity to the lounge and dining area with table and semi-circular seating for up to six. Aft cockpit seating is L-shaped with easy, under-cushion access to transom storage area. 

The 3860 has a walk through windshield that is much safer even for the sure footed in heavier seas. Centrally located cockpit refreshment center includes an ice maker, tip out trash bin, cutting board and sink.

The engine compartment on the 3860 is accessed easily by an electrically-assisted hatch that opens to the stern allowing unencumbered servicing and maintenance of the engine from the large swim platform.

The luxurious salon features supple LeatherCrest seating around an easily removed, artfully inlaid table with extended leaves. The salon also features two fold-out recliner style footrests. Overhead storage cabinets are as beautiful as they are easily accessible. The entertainment center opposite contains a 20" flat screen TV/DVD player and stereo.

The cabin features a full kitchen with refrigerator, freezer  and stove. There are two large staterooms with private bathrooms and showers. The cabin has two air conditioner / heater units to keep you comfortable in all seasons.

The double-wide sliding hardwood privacy door completely separates the large forward stateroom from the rest of the yacht and offers private access to the head compartment. The queen berth has an innerspring mattress with a folding feature that allows easy access to a large storage area. A 13" flat screen TV, two cedar closets, and ample drawer space provide comfort and luxuries that go well beyond necessity.

The mid-cabin stateroom has a stand-up dressing area, twin berths that convert to queen size, a vanity with sink and overhead storage, private access to the head compartment and a double-wide, hardwood sliding door. There's lots of under-berth storage and a hanging cedar locker. This is the ideal guest or children's quarters with enough spatial and sound separation to offer real privacy.

The forward head compartment offers a circular sliding shower door providing the maximum amount of room and convenience for use. Vanity has below and overhead storage and a Corian countertop with molded sink. A full-length mirror and hair dryer round out the amenities.

The Regal Commodore 3260, with its innovative aft-cockpit design, comes complete with a hi-lo table that converts into a large sunpad. As well, the entire aft seating group can be quickly removed for fishing and other water sports. Berber cockpit carpet is a popular feature, as is the cockpit sink with storage locker, or the optional icemaker or refrigerator. An adjustable, triple-wide helm seat features a pop-up leaning bolster and the dash panel features illuminated, water-resistant accessory switches and circuit breakers. The extra large transom lockers house fenders, dockside cords, stern anchor, and other gear. An AC/DC service panel features volt and amp meters, breaker switches, and a 110-volt crossover switch providing easy access to all electrical systems. Belowdecks, the 3260 features a richly appointed salon with an L-shaped dinette that converts for additional sleeping accommodations. A galley with stainless sink, two-burner electric stove, coffee maker, microwave, concealed refrigerator, and Corian countertop complete the main cabin. The forward double berth comes complete with quilted comforter, privacy curtain, cedar-ined illuminated hanging locker, and TV/VCR combination. The U-shaped aft cabin extends the salon seating with a table. The head compartment features a Corian trimmed vanity, mirrored storage shelf, an electric toilet, genuine ceramic tile flooring, and a shower with curtain.
