Here is a low time-only 2,200 hours -1994 4788 popular pilothouse that has always been kept in covered moorage when not being used. As a matter of fact vessel was kept undercover in fresh water by the original owner until 2003 when the now current owner purchased the vessel.   Lot's of maintenance records available for inspection.

Accommodations

The vessel is boarded via the swim step, into the large cockpit that has steps in or out, either side. There is non skid up the side decks for hanging fenders or washing salon windows. The L-shaped settee is starboard facing galley. The factory entertainment center is located in forward cabinetry to starboard, and has JVC AM/FM receiver, Tuner/Amp, JVC 5- CD changer with Sony HI/FI VHS player.There is a TV antenna on the arch and dockside hook-ups for cable TV. The table by the salon settee is larger than standard and has been custom modified by the owner. 

The staterooms are accessed forward from the galley down a main companionway and the master is all the way forward. Vessel has a very nice improvement to the master making it larger and more opulent by incorporating a small bunk room and removing the wall between the 2 staterooms. The bunks are still there, just have a much more roomy feel. All the heads are Vacu-flush new 2003 and are 2 separate systems. The VIP guest is forward off the companionway to port and across from the guest head and shower. The companionway going forward to the master houses the washer/dryer and central vacuum system.

Galley

Forward, port but on the same level as the salon for easy entertaining. There is a Norcold teak faced refer (DE 560) with separate freezer over; a Whirlpool Microwave oven; 3 burner Princess electric range with oven. Next to the oven is a new trash compactor.
Across from the galley is the entertainment (stereo) system and wet bar with stainless sink, U-Line Ice-maker and Nutone Blender.  Also note there are two additional refers one located in the cockpit and the other on the bridge.  

Electronics

Up five stairs from the galley salon, is the full width enclosed pilothouse. There are doors, port and starboard and decks that lead forward to the bow. There is a full compliment of Electronics including Raytheon Radar, large color Standard Horizon Chart Plotter new 2004, Nobletec Software fed from a lap top to a large monitor next to the helm, VHF, Autohelm autopilot, and digital depth sounder. There are defrost vents from the furnace. There is a large (5”) wet compass, on center.

There is a settee in the pilothouse that wraps around to port to accommodate up to 5 with a large table that was standard. Four steps lead up from behind the helm to the flying bridge and the bridge helm. There is a 4” compass and Autohelm autopilot.

Electrical

AC electrical power is supplied from 120VAC shorepower or an 8kW Westerbeke generator. There are 12VDC batteries for engine starting and house DC panel. There is a house inverter system with 6 6volt batteries.  Batteries were new in 2014.  

Hull & Deck

Non skid fiberglass decks are everywhere. The cockpit aft is covered by the boat deck overhead, and more than ample for boarding, fishing or just hanging out. There is a ladder to the bridge aft to access the shoreboat. There is a AB inflatable with 20hp Honda 4-stroke with electric trim and tilt and canvas cover. It has all lifting slings and is hoisted by the standard single arm electric davit/crane. The canvas consists of a bimini top, seat covers and windshield cover. The owner has installed custom safety staple rails located on the swim platform.     

Mechanical & Engine room Details

The 310hp Hino Diesels (2,200 hours), are known to be a very reliable and economical engines.  The Westerbeke generator has just (2,300) hours and has also been very well maintained.   There are (2) diesel furnace's for the boat.  One is devoted for the pilot house with a switch to divert to the staterooms.  The other is devoted for the salon and heads.  In addition there 4 standard electric heaters built in to the salon, pilothouse, VIP and Master cabin.

Exclusions from vessel

The salon chairs do not go with vessel and all art work.  The name is reserved to the Seller and does not transfer with vessel.
