Sleeps up to (4) owners and guests in two double staterooms plus a double convertible main cabin dinette for a total of (6) overnight berths; one enclosed head. LAYOUT FROM FORWARD: Chain locker is followed by the forward MASTER STATEROOM, offering a double berth offset to port; built-in storage; and privacy door aft.
Adjacent is the ENCLOSED HEAD with marine toilet, vanity, storage and shower. GUEST STATEROOM is to port with double berth set athwartships, partially tucked under the main cabin dinette; portlight and storage is outboard; privacy door is inboard. DOWN GALLEY is to starboard.
Steps up and aft land on the MAIN DECK LEVEL with LOWER HELM set forward to starboard. DINETTE along the port side converts to a double berth when needed for guests.
Centerline door opens to the spacious COCKPIT, with transom door to the SWIMSTEP. Stainless ladder forward leads up to the BRIDGE level with bench guest seating and complete UPPER HELM.
INTERIOR has been well kept throughout. CABIN HEAT is via (2) built-in electric heaters plus heat exchange system for underway.
Well arranged GALLEY offers full features and equipment, including Norcold refrigerator with freezer; 3-burner propane galley stove with oven; microwave; coffee maker; icemaker; dual stainless steel sink; hot/cold pressure freshwater system; hot water heater; and ample cabinet plus drawer storage throughout.

DECKS are easy care fiberglass with molded-in non-skid; stainless safety rails; international navigation lights; custom modified swimstep with kicker bracket; undermount swim ladder; fenders & lines.
CANVAS includes bimini flybridge top with full clear weather enclosure. GROUND TACKLE includes main anchor with approximately 200' of chain and 100' of rode; and power anchor windlass at the foredeck.
FISHING GEAR includes (2) Scotty downriggers plus (1) Scotty pot puller, tilt and pivot mounts. Twin fish boxes with pumps, salt water bait box, and aft gear storage box. Fillet table and tackle table, hole mount.
TENDER is a 9' Livingston fiberglass dinghy with swim step mount. ALSO NOTE NEW upper helm seats; wood doors refinished; wood and vinyl around the cockpit replaced with Starboard.
NEW ENGINES show under 127 hours! New Edelbrock carbs, new accessories (risers, hoses, starters, etc.) included; freshwater cooled. NEW GAUGES at both upper and lower helm stations. PROPS cupped 1/2" for better performance - corners like a speed boat!
NEW TANKS included aft fuel tank, potable water tank and hot water tank. New and additional auto bilge pumps added to the system.
Any of owners' personal items left on board, including any items not listed in the specifications, are not included with the sale of the vessel. Particular excluded are the lifejackets on board.
