The Brunswick Dealer Certification Program combines the best dealer business practices with the NMMA Marine Five Star Dealer Certification requirements. The new certification program facilitates aligned performance criteria for multi-Brunswick brand dealers and the power of the recognized global leader in quality and dealer certification  Brunswick.

To achieve certification, Lake Union Sea Ray exceeded Brunswick's top standards through comprehensive inspections.  This concentrated, ongoing evaluation and certification process promises that Lake Union Sea Ray is a dealership customers can truly count on for all their boating needs.  It is our responsibility as a Brunswick Ambassador dealer, to insure that every customer receives a superior experience.

In addition, Lake Union Sea Ray is proud to be recognized in Boating Industry Magazine's Top 100 Dealer Program. The Top 100 ranking recognizes those marine dealers that are unsurpassed in overall business operations, customer service, marketing and professionalism throughout the United States and Canada. Collectively, the Boating Industry Top 100 employ nearly 4,800 people and operate 278 retail locations across North America.

"While most industry awards are given to the dealers that sell the most boats, our Top 100 program is much more qualitatively focused," said Matt Gruhn, editor in chief of Boating Industry. "By leveling the playing field for all dealers, consumers can identify the dealers that can best deliver on the dream that boat ownership promises."  Each year, Boating Industry's editorial staff reviews nearly 400 applications, taken from more than 3,000 nominations. The applications ask both quantitative and qualitative questions regarding all aspects of marine dealer operations.

"The Boating Industry Top 100 has, in short order, become the most coveted award in the marine market," explained Tammy Galvin, vice president of Affinity Boating Media. "Marine dealers are on the front line with consumers every day, and this is one way we can help provide much needed benchmarking information for all other dealers to measure themselves against."

Lake Union Sea Ray subscribes to the dealer certification standards established jointly by the National Marine Manufactures Association (NMMA) and the Marine Retailers Association of America (MRAA).  These standards were set to insure that your boating experience is as enjoyable as possible, and that our dealership is doing everything possible to continue to earn your business.
